Web Site Monitoring
We monitor your site for you to catch any problems early on. This is an added service that goes beyond the monitoring of the servers themselves. Each site with this subscription added will be checked from once every 24 hours to every 5 minutes, depending on the service selected. Any problems with page loads, images, connectivity, or any other errors will be documented and a short investigation will be conducted. After which, the results will be emailed to the customer or customer's technical support contact and attempts to reach said contact VIA phone will be made if so desired.
Monitoring of web sites not hosted with us is available for an additional $5/mo per site.
